1.Electronic Jacquard Rib Circular Knitting Machine Using aircraft aluminum alloy on main part of machine to improve heat dissipation performance and reduce force deformation of the cam box.

2.One Stitch Adjustment to replace the visual error of the human eye with machining accuracy, and the accurate scale display with the high-precision Archimedean adjustment makes the replication process of the same cloth on different machines simple and easy.

4.Adopting new designed frame of the machine, dial cam box base and sleeve have simultaneous displacement so that it becomes much exacter and simpler to adjust the needle tolerance and clearance between top and bottom.

5.The computerized actuators will make three positions needle-selecting of KNIT,TUCK,MISS. Any design of wave with complicated structure can be switched to the special control instructions by the computerized actuators on the machine, which makes single big jacquard fabrics.

6.The machine adopts the computerized actuators to select needles on the needle cylinder, which can weave jacquard for various designs.
